Project Scope
Folsom Lake College in Rancho Cordova needed (3) 4" electrical conduits installed from the switchgear to the end of the parking lot on the other side of the street.
Pot Holing Existing Utilities
We pot holed all existing utilities shown in the picture and then bored underneath them at a depth of 8 feet.
Pulling Conduit
We dug an 8 foot deep receiving pit within the planter near the switchgear enclosure and then pulled the conduit back through using the boring machine.
Open Trenching
From there we open-trenched the rest of the way. We were able to accomplish our goal without damaging any existing utilities and without having to trench through the road. Thanks goes out to Pacific Utility Construction for all the help!
